WHO WE ARE
Bina Water Sdn Bhd (433011-P) started as a sole proprietor (KOK KUAN CHING) had undertaken many water main projects from JBA, PUAS, IWK and many other local water supply department since year 1967. Despite going through numerous economy crisis, through persistent effort, hard work and precise budgeting, the company was able to diversify into various sectors.
Bina Water Sdn Bhd been incorporated in the year 1997 by its founder Mr Kok Kuan Ching with our current directors to cater various construction works due to the rapid development of the company. The directors of the company are Mr Kok Kai Sing, Mr Kok Khai Ming and Mr Kok Kai Weng.
Bina Water Sdn Bhd is specialized in all aspects of water reticulation works, sewerage works including relocation of existing water/sewerage pipes, construction of reinforced structures and buildings. The company has acquired over the years the relevant technology for pipe laying as well as sufficient machinery and equipment. The company is capable to carry our pipe laying works using open trenching method for various kind of pipes and sizes ranging from 50mm diameter to 3000mm diameter.
One of the significant water reticulation works is the Supply and Laying of Water Main Works at the Proposed Construction and Completion of the Common Utility Trench (C.U.T) Package Precint 3 and Part of Precint 4 of the Federal Government Administration at Putrajaya.
Bina Water Sdn Bhd had also acquired Germany’s SBH Shoring System (1st in Malaysia) for for the completion of Proposed Construction And Completion Of The Remaining Phase 1 Sg.Besi Trunk Sewer And The Ancillary Sewerage Works At Sg.Besi, Kuala Lumpur due to the soggy and soft soil condition in Sg Besi old town.
Bina Water Sdn Bhd had also completed the construction of Sarawak Pavillion under Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak for the Malaysia Agriculture Horticulture and Agrotourism (MAHA) at Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) in the year 2011.
OBJECTIVE
Bina Water Sdn Bhd strive to perform from conception to completion with full provision for multi-disciplinary services that encompasses all construction work, planning & implementing, project control, commissioning and handing over, especially for water reticulation and sewerage reticulation works. Bina Water Sdn Bhd work together with their clients to resolve all problems or obstruction at site to deliver the result to the client.
STRENGTHS
The strengths of Bina Water Sdn Bhd lie in the proven experience of its management and staff in being a main contractor or sub-contractor of choice to several major government or private company/bodies such as Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd, Jabatan Bekalan Air which is now privatized as PUAS and later renamed as Syarikat Bekalan Air Sdn Bhd and Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR). Proposed Construction And Completion Of The Remaining Phase 1 Sg.Besi Trunk Sewer And The Ancillary Sewerage Works At Sg.Besi, Kuala Lumpur – involved largest size of sewerage (1350mm dia. and 1500mm dia. RC sewerage pipe) pipe in Malaysia by using Germany’s SBH Shoring System (1st in Malaysia).

Proposed Supply, Lay and Commissioning of 1500mm DN Mild Steel pipe and Associated Works from Bangi Golf Resort to Kajang Town (Contract No.4) – due to water shortages reduced yield in Sg. Langat distribution system, surplus water from Sg Semenyih Water Treatment Plant then at 50 Mgd (227 Mld) could be injected to Sg. Langat distribution system.

Proposed Design and Build Sarawak Pavillion for the Malaysia Agriculture Horticulture and Agrotourism (MAHA) Serdang, Selangor Darul Ehsan – supply and construct cylinder shaped hall with multicolour glass roof reflected on the floor when the sun shine through with Sarawak’s ethnic unique design.

Proposed Development Of Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant And Water Reticulation System In Selangor Darul Ehsan/Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (Langat 2 WTP And Water Reticulation - Phase 1), Package 2A - Construction and Completion of 1130 MLD Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant, Subcontract Works: Treated Water Pumping Station External Pipe Laying Works - Suction & Delivery Manifold – involve 3000mm dia. MS pipe and other cast in pipe for pumping station.

Pakej V6: Construction And Completion Of Viaduct Guideway and Other Associated Works From Plaza Phoenix To Bandar Tun Hussien Onn Station, Relocation Water Pipes And Service – involved working together with client to remove all obstruction of existing water pipe (1500mm dia.,1300mm dia., 1100mm dia. , 900mm dia. and others) to allow the construction of MRT1.
